These terms govern your use of thedailystars.com and the readings, reports, and subscriptions sold here. By using the site or buying anything from it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the service is

The Daily Stars produces personalized readings based on the birth details you provide, drawing on astrology, numerology, tarot, and related symbolic systems. These readings are offered for personal insight, reflection, and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and they are not a substitute for a qualified professional. Decisions you make remain your own responsibility.

We work hard to make every calculation accurate within its system, and we are honest about confidence: where a birth time or place is missing, the reading says so. We do not promise specific outcomes, and any reading that names timing windows describes timing signals, not guarantees.

Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from The Daily Stars. By providing birth details for another person, you confirm you have a lawful basis to share that information.

Accounts

Some features require an account, which is created with a sign-in link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass payment, or misuse other people's data.

Purchases and subscriptions

• One-time reports are priced as shown at checkout and delivered to your account library after payment.
• The Personal Astrologer subscription renews monthly at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Promotional prices apply under the conditions stated alongside them, for example a discounted first report during a sale window.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Your content and ours

You keep ownership of the personal details you submit. The readings and reports generated for you are yours to keep and use personally. The site's text, design, interpretation library, and calculation engine belong to The Daily Stars and may not be copied, scraped, or resold.

Fair use

You agree not to abuse the service, including attempting to bypass payment or rate limits, probing the site for vulnerabilities, or using automated tools to extract content at scale.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law. Otherwise, our total liability to you for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on a reading.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be flagged on the site, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law and contact
