Refund Policy

We want paying for a reading to feel safe. This policy is deliberately simple and errs on the side of the customer.
One-time reports
Reports are digital content delivered immediately after payment. By purchasing, you agree to immediate delivery, which means the standard 14-day cooling-off period for distance purchases ends once the report is generated, as UK consumer law allows for digital content supplied straight away.
That is the legal position. Our actual position is friendlier: if a report misses the mark for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and tell us what felt off. We will either regenerate it with corrected details or refund it. First-time purchases are refunded on request, no interrogation.
Personal Astrologer subscription
- Cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.
- If you cancel within 14 days of your first subscription payment and ask for a refund, we will refund that payment in full.
- After the first 14 days, monthly payments already made are not refunded, but cancellation always stops future charges.
Wrong birth details
If a reading was generated from mistyped birth details, contact us and we will regenerate it with the corrected details at no charge. The accuracy of a reading depends on the accuracy of its inputs.
How to ask
Email hello@thedailystars.com from the address you purchased with, and include the product name. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 working days. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
